A romantic date? Somethin’s Cookin ‘welcomes celebrity chef Paul Albrecht
6 p.m. Nov. 19 at Somethin’s Cookin ‘, 93 E. 11th St. Cost is $ 55 per person. Chef Paul Albrecht, one of the true greats of the food industry, is renowned for his fabulous presentations at his internationally renowned flagship restaurant in Atlanta; Panos & Paul. On this date night, he will create one of his favorite recipes from this great cuisine, which he reproduced in his Carillion Beach restaurant, Chef Paul’s. On the menu: Selection of artisan cheeses, Kir Royal champagne or mimosa, selection of appetizers, salad, scallops / short ribs, roasted seasonal vegetables, and a selection of Somethin’s Cookin ‘desserts.
At 2 p.m. on November 20, Hannelore Holland of Somethin’s Cookin will be giving a brunch class to the kids. She will teach her students how to make French toast and Christmas food that are easy to prepare ahead of time. The price is $ 30.
Saddle up at the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, 14th Annual Rodeo
7:00 p.m. Nov. 19-20 at Fountain / Youngstown Ball Park, located at 12421 W. State 20 in Youngstown. Doors open at 5 p.m. This event, presented by the BCSO Horse Search and Rescue Team, will include bareback riding, saddle riding, lasso jumping, steer wrestling, team lasso, calf lasso, bull riding and barrel racing. Blues and rock with the Salt Rock Band at House of Bourbon
From 8 p.m. to midnight, November 19 and 20, at the House of Bourbon, 1201 Beck Avenue, Panama City, located inside the Shrimp Boat Restaurant. The Emerald Coast Christmas Bazaar gets the second chance

This event will feature 140 vendors with trade goods, crafts with Santa Claus, art, beauty, home decor, boutiques, children’s goods, music with a DJ, food, drink and raffles. Panama City Beach Balloon Glow returns
5 pm to 9 pm November 19-21 at Aaron Besant Park, 500 W. Park Drive, Panama City Beach. This event will feature captive balloon rides, local food and retail vendors, bounce houses, and optional ticket upgrades for an elevated experience. The main event will be the hot air balloons that glow after dark. Picnic blankets and camping chairs are permitted.
Admission is $ 9.95 for adults (16 and over) and $ 2.95 (children 15 and under). Doors open at 5 p.m. customers are encouraged to arrive before 7:00 p.m. for road safety reasons.

This fun and educational beer tasting event is for those connoisseurs of craft beer who want to learn a little more about the beer made at this downtown brewery. You will taste four beers from the history class as Jessica walks you through the specific ingredients of each beer, how to spot subtle flavors, and other fun facts about beer making in the history class.
