An outdoor travel site has chosen the Carolina Pines RV Resort in Conway as one of the best places in South Carolina to see fall colors in 2022.

An RV complex and campground in Conway was chosen as one of the best places to see fall colors in South Carolina this year.

Carolina Pines RV Resort offers one of the best views of changing fall foliage in 2022, according to Campspot, an Airbnb-like service that lets people book outdoor vacations at RV parks and campgrounds.

“Carolina Pines RV Resort in Conway, SC offers the best foliage views between October 26 and November 2,” Campspot said in a statement announcing its fall foliage selections. “Just minutes from the resort, guests will find all the excitement and popular attractions of Myrtle Beach. They can get in touch with nature at Myrtle Beach State Park, take a walk on the wild side by visiting the Myrtle Beach Safari or shop at Broadway on the Beach.

Campspot relied on the resources of outdoor experts, including the Farmers’ Almanac, to determine the best time to see the fall colors.

Campspot chose Carolina Pines in its 2022 Campspot Awards, which rank campgrounds and RV parks across the country based on qualities such as best views, most popular, best for families and best for beginners.

The rankings were made by outdoor travel experts hired by Campspot, the company said. Experts analyzed reviews, amenities, and location to make their decisions. Carolina Pines was awarded #8 Best Multi-Purpose Campground and #5 Best Beginner Campground.
